Registration Fee

The regular registration fee is 600 Euro for the active participants and 300 Euro for the accompanying persons.
Members of the Polish Chemical Society will receive a financial support 200 Euro from the Society.

The registration fees include:

proceedings and symposium materials
full board
all social events
all ground transportation

no ground transportation will be provided for participants staying in other hotels

The registration fees do not include accommodation but a special disscount has been negotiated for the participants staying in the symposium hotel.

All the participants are accepted on the full payment basis. As before, we expect to have a certain sponsoring from some independent sources. However, our policy is, that this sponsoring is used to support a certain number of young scientists who might face serious difficulties to cover the registration fee. The remittances should be free of bank charges to the receiver.

The registration fee, minus handling and administration costs, will be refunded if written cancellation is received by July 15, 2012.
