The participants will be accomodated in four-star hotel Qubus Hotel (str. Nadwilślańska 6, Kraków, (+48 12) 374 5 100). The paricipants will have to make their own arrangements with the hotel. A special disscount has been negotiated for the participants staying in the symposium hotel.

There are three lectures rooms and a recreation center in the symposium hotel.

Insurance

The Organizning Committe cannot accept any liability for medical or other problems. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and other insurance.

Weather

The weather is usually mild in August, with temperatures ranging from 20^o to 25^oC. However, an umbrella or raincoat for occasional showers can be useful.
